Does it fit all toilets?
The frame adjusts in both height (67–77 cm) and width (45–55 cm), which covers the vast majority of standard Australian residential toilets. It is freestanding and does not clamp onto the toilet itself, so it works with most bowl shapes. If you have an unusually wide or non-standard toilet, please check the measurements before ordering.
Does it need to be drilled into the floor or wall?
No. The frame is completely freestanding. The suction cup feet grip smooth bathroom tiles without any drilling, screwing, or permanent fixing. This also means it can be moved to a different bathroom or taken when travelling.
Is it suitable for textured or non-slip bathroom floors?
The suction cup feet are designed for flat, smooth surfaces only. They may not grip adequately on heavily textured, grouted, or non-slip tiles. If your bathroom floor is textured, we recommend placing a non-slip mat under the frame feet for additional stability.
Can it be used by someone who weighs more than 100 kg?
Yes. The frame is rated to support up to 136 kg. Always ensure the frame is correctly assembled and the feet are securely positioned before use.
