Shipping Policy

A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders within Australia.

Most products are shipped from our Australian supplier network, with estimated delivery times of:

• Metro areas: 3–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–8 business days

Remote & regional areas: Some remote postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge from our couriers. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you by email before dispatching and before charging any extra fee. You can approve the additional cost, choose an alternative, or cancel your order for a full refund of the amount paid.

A quick note on delivery: Please allow up to 15 business days for some items to arrive. We’ll send tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Thank you for your patience.

Please note: the cancellation option above applies only where an unexpected remote-area surcharge applies. Our standard returns policy does not cover change of mind — see our Returns page for details.

Courier Partners

Below are some of the courier services used to deliver MoveWell Co orders:


Australia Post

Orders are shipped via Parcel Post or Express Post.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If delivery is missed or there is no safe place to leave the parcel, it will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.

 Aramex

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Aramex offers:

  • Authority to Leave (ATL)
  • Signature-required delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to the nearest depot or collection point.

⚠️ A non-PO Box address is required for Aramex deliveries.


Allied Express

Allied Express will contact you via SMS or phone prior to delivery.

If delivery is missed, instructions will be provided to arrange re-delivery or collection.


Border Express

⚠️ A non-PO Box address is required.

If delivery is missed, a card will be left with instructions to arrange collection or re-delivery.


CouriersPlease

Deliveries are typically signature required.

After ordering, you may receive an email to select delivery preferences, including:

  • Authority to Leave
  • Collection point
  • Deliver to neighbour
  • Reschedule delivery

Direct Freight Express

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If delivery is missed:

  • The parcel may be left in a safe place, or
  • You will receive instructions via SMS or email for re-delivery

Hunter Express

You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

If delivery is missed, the parcel will be returned to depot and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery.

⚠️ A non-PO Box address is required.


 Sendle

You will receive a tracking email once dispatched.

If delivery is missed, the parcel may be:

  • Left at a safe place, or
  • Taken to a collection point

StarTrack

Offers real-time tracking and proof of delivery.

If delivery is missed, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office.

You will receive confirmation once delivered.


TNT Australia

⚠️ A non-PO Box address is required.

Orders may be left without a signature unless a signature is requested.


Team Global Express

⚠️ A non-PO Box address is required.

If delivery is missed, a card will be left with instructions to arrange re-delivery or collection.

 Dispatch Timeframes

Estimated dispatch times vary depending on the supplier but are typically 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

Please note:

  • Dispatch times begin after payment confirmation
  • Delivery timeframes vary based on location and courier

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.


Undeliverable Postcodes

We aim to offer Australia-wide shipping. However, some remote areas may be undeliverable for certain products.

If an undeliverable postcode is entered:

  • The order may be cancelled
  • A full refund will be issued

If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping to New Zealand

Some products can be shipped to New Zealand.

  • This will be indicated on the product page
  • Orders over NZD $1000 may incur duty taxes
  • The courier will contact you to arrange payment of any applicable fees

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact MoveWell Co as soon as possible.

We will work with our suppliers and courier partners to resolve the issue quickly.


 Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order has been placed, shipping details cannot always be changed.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The order may need to be cancelled and re-placed
  • Additional charges may apply

To avoid delays, please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
