Returns & Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Products that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged in transit, has parts missing, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can lodge a claim with our courier or supplier and arrange a replacement or refund quickly. After 3 days, transit-related damage can be harder to verify, but this does not affect your rights under the ACL for genuine product faults.
For faults that develop after delivery (for example, a defect in materials or workmanship that becomes apparent with use), please contact us as soon as the issue arises and we will arrange a remedy in line with your ACL rights.
Our products are also covered by a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults — some products carry a longer warranty, shown in the product details above. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
