The dual-density construction pairs a soft medical-grade memory foam layer on top with a high-rebound foam core beneath, delivering the ideal balance of plush comfort and firm, even support. Gentle enough to protect sensitive skin and bony prominences, yet supportive enough for extended use in high-care and rehabilitation settings.
Three Versatile Positions
Position 1 — Upper Body Elevation Prop up the upper body to ease breathing difficulties, sinus congestion, acid reflux, and snoring. The soft surface helps protect against pressure sores and marking around the spine, buttocks, and sacral areas.
Position 2 — Leg & Lower Body Elevation Place under the legs to improve circulation and vascular drainage, or elevate the heels to aid in injury care, aeration, and recovery.
Position 3 — Back & Roll Control Positioned behind the back to prevent unwanted rolling and protect against spinal and sacral pressure. Positioned at the front, it prevents the user from rolling forward — reducing the risk of compromised respiratory or reflux function.

A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders within Australia.
Most products are shipped from our Australian supplier network, with estimated delivery times of:
• Metro areas: 3–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–8 business days
Remote & regional areas: Some remote postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge from our couriers. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you by email before dispatching and before charging any extra fee. You can approve the additional cost, choose an alternative, or cancel your order for a full refund of the amount paid.

Returns & Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Products that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged in transit, has parts missing, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can lodge a claim with our courier or supplier and arrange a replacement or refund quickly. After 7 days, transit-related damage can be harder to verify, but this does not affect your rights under the ACL for genuine product faults.
For faults that develop after delivery (for example, a defect in materials or workmanship that becomes apparent with use), please contact us as soon as the issue arises and we will arrange a remedy in line with your ACL rights.
Our products are also covered by a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults — some products carry a longer warranty, shown in the product details above. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
