The handles themselves feature an ergonomic design and easy-squeeze dual-action brakes. A detachable front carry satchel allows for convenient storage of personal belongings and reading material.

Venture outside on the large 8 wheels which are designed to roll smoothly over the bumps inside and outside, and have reflectors for peace of mind. The comfortable seat with padded back rest comes in handy when youve found a pleasant spot to watch the world go by, or perhaps simply feel like a rest when waiting in line. We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item in cases where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind refund. Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders within Australia.

Most products are shipped from our Australian supplier network, with estimated delivery times of:

• Metro areas: 3–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–8 business days

Remote & regional areas: Some remote postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge from our couriers. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you by email before dispatching and before charging any extra fee. You can approve the additional cost, choose an alternative, or cancel your order for a full refund of the amount paid.

Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Products that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged in transit, has parts missing, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can lodge a claim with our courier or supplier and arrange a replacement or refund quickly. After 7 days, transit-related damage can be harder to verify, but this does not affect your rights under the ACL for genuine product faults.

For faults that develop after delivery (for example, a defect in materials or workmanship that becomes apparent with use), please contact us as soon as the issue arises and we will arrange a remedy in line with your ACL rights.

Our products are also covered by a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults — some products carry a longer warranty, shown in the product details above. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
